BackOffice Approval for Medi-Cal Proofs

For Enrollments involving Medi-Cal proofs approval, the Benefit Number ID field is added so the back-office user can compare it with the value that has the uploaded proof.

It can also be editable by the back-office user.

The Benefit Number ID field is also added to the CSR, so the user can view and modify it if necessary.
