Your Safelink service was cancelled by the Texas Low Income Discount Administrator (LIDA). The system shows you should have received a form from them. Please fill out the form and return it to them in order to re-enroll. If you did not receive the form or have misplaced it please contact the m at 1-866-4LITEUP (866-454-8387).
