Account (Web)

On the upper part of the Safelink homepage, applicants will see the My Service section which is divided in different subsections, as shown in the image below:

As it can be seen, applicants will find some sections that have already been presented, such as Submit Documentation, Check Enrollment Status, and some others that will be now presented. To access to their account, customers need to click on Account detail and then provide their log in information:

As shown above, customers will have two options available to access their account:

  • Option 1: Entering their Enrollment ID and Date of Birth.
  • Option 2: Entering their DOB, last 4 digits of their Social Security number, and Zip Code

In addition, they will have to check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox and click on the CONTINUE button to access their account.

 

Re-Certify

In this section, customers will be able to renew the service. This section will only be available in the RE-CERTIFY tab:

As it can be seen in the image above, the customer will have a the corresponding instructions in order to get their recertification completed. 

 

Paid Plans

In this section, applicants will get information about the different plans:

Upgrade/Activate Phone 

By selecting this option, applicants will be directed to https://www.safelinkupgrades.com/upgrade:

Update My Info

Once again, by selecting this option, customers will have to login to their account to get access to the following page:

The Contact Information section will be available for the customer to submit any kind of contact that they wish to share.

The Update Residential Address section will be presented in case the customer moves and needs to provide the new address were they will be residing.

Once all the information has been updated, the SAVE button will be available at the bottom of each section:

Service Cancelation

If the customer selects this option, the following will be displayed, where they will have the ability of canceling the account by their own:

The cancelation button can be found under the UPGRADE YOUR PLAN button:

Once the CANCEL SERVICE button is pressed, by clicking on the dropdown menu, a list with all the possible cancelation reasons will become available for the customer to select one of them:
