This is the pop-up that will appear whenever customers want to log in to their account at www.safelinkwireless.com:


As shown above, customers will have two options available to access their account:
- Option 1: Entering their Enrollment ID and Date of Birth.
- Option 2: Entering their DOB, last 4 digits of their Social Security number, and Zip Code.
In addition, they will have to check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox and click on the CONTINUE button to access their account.
My Service
This section contains information related to the status of the account. As it can be seen in the image below, in the ACCOUNT DETAILS section, the applicant will visualize the account status, a description and the enrollment activity sorted out chronologically:

NatVer information
If the applicant resides in a NatVer state, the following information will be displayed:

As it can be seen above, the aplicant will be informed about the necessary procedures to get approved as a Nat Ver applicant.
On the right section, applicants will have the option to upgrade their plan, as well as the option to cancel their service.

If the UPGRADE YOUR PLAN option is selected, the following plans will be shown:



If the CANCEL SERVICE option is selected, the following will be displayed:

As it can be seen above, the Cancel section will have a dropdown menu for the applicant to select a cancelation reason. Here are all the options:
