CA/TX Proof Guided Flow

The upload process for California and Texas enrollments will be as follows. Applicants will be requested to submit Address and Program Proofs. As it can be seen below, they will be able to submit State IDs and Utility bills for address proofs, and for program proof both sides of the benefit card will be requested.

By clicking on continue, the applicant will be provided with additional proof samples, to select the most suitable. As the image below shows, there will be a button to TAKE PHOTO OR CHOOSE FILES, and another one, in case there is NO PROOF AVAILABLE NOW.

If the applicant decides to upload proof(s), the system will request to review the picture take to make sure that it is clear an on focus. If that is the case, the CONFIRM option should be selected. Otherwise, the DISCARD button should be clicked for the applicant to take a new capture.

Applicants will also be asked if an additional proof needs to be uploaded. This is because in some cases, there is relevant information in the back of the proof, so an additional picture is needed. Both options will be available (YES, UPLOAD ANOTHER  FILE and NO, CONTINUE).

The same steps will take place with the Program proof, if requested. The different types of proof will be displayed for the applicant to select one.

Once again, the picture will have to be reviewed to confirm that it is clear and legible.

Once the proofs are uploaded, the website will show the documents uploaded along with a Reference, which can be Uploaded, Approved, or Rejected. If everything is correct, the SUBMIT button will be available.
